In China's world of Nokia and Sony-ericsson, there are people like her too. At the end of the day I guess India and China are not all that different after all.

Was she glaring at you because you were taking her picture?

I always felt a lot of people staring at us in China, especially my mom since she was dressed in Saris.
And in a sea of mogolian and chinese looking faces, indian faces stand out a lot! I thought that must how foreigners must feel when they visit India.
But I don't think she was too mad at me taking her picture. I offered to show it to her but she just didn't seem interested and neither was she angry.
