Diwan-i-Khas, City Palace, Jaipur

This was the place where the Maharaja met convoys from other kingdoms/countries.
I made a visit to Jaipur for a couple of days and returned with great experiences and some pictures. First holiday destination of the New Year!

City palace is a magnificent structure, when I was there the renovation work was going on and yet it looked awesome. The birds add so much to the charm.

#Mridula: I consider myself especially lucky :-) The birds were probably dancing to a song or something. Every few minutes they would all take off together. So got a lot of chances to get the picture right.
